Followership vs Leadership
“As long as we focus only on leaders we can fall onto the dangerous side that followers do not matter... Days when people in high places can sit pretty and do what they want how they want are over , followers are getting bolder and more strategic. They are less likely now than they were in the past to know their place, to do as they are told and to keep their opinion to themselves. This change, this small but potentially seismic shift in the balance of power between leaders and followers, constitutes a caution; leaders who ignore or dismiss their followers do so at their peril."
